What it is
Food-grade diatomaceous earth (DE) is a naturally occurring, silica-rich powder from fossilized algae (diatoms). In foods it’s commonly used as an anti-caking agent, and as a dietary supplement it’s valued for its silica content, which helps support connective tissues (skin, hair, nails) and healthy digestive regularity when taken with water.

How to use
