About the Kit

What is the WWTD Cleanse Kit?

A simple 30-day AM/PM routine designed to support healthy digestion, regularity, and gentle drainage. Each kit includes six products, a Starter Protocol PDF (instant download), and November community access for daily tips, recipes, and check-ins.

What’s included?

Your kit contains six items: pre-cleanse support, morning primer, 2 daytime tinctures, an evening tea, and a PM binder.

  • Clear Intentions: Pre-cleanse mineral/fiber support – used during the prep phase one week before Day 1
  • Shadow Work: AM Primer – sets the tone and supports light detox
  • Occupant Eviction: Primary herbal tincture — daytime (4 oz) — daily gut & microbiome support; taken in divided servings during the day (multiple times per day per label)
  • Setting Boundaries: Drainage support tincture — daytime (4 oz) — liver/lymph support; taken in divided servings during the day (multiple times per day per label)
  • Smooth Exit: Evening tea — wind-down & regularity support
  • Let that Sh*t Go: PM Binder (activated charcoal) — used in the evening protocol

Follow product labels for serving sizes/timing. Tinctures are daytime only; stop tinctures at night and use the binder in the PM protocol.

How do I use it?

1 week prior to starting your kit, start phasing out ultra-processed foods, excess sugar, alcohol, smoking/vaping, unhealthy habits, thoughts and anything not serving you! Prioritize sleep + hydration. While doing this, take Clear Intentions, designed to get things moving & clear elimination pathways. Take 2 times daily (morning & mid-day) for 5-7 days. Do not take within 1 hour of food, supplements or medication. It is very important to stay hydrated throughout the day!

Once you've completed this...it's time to start! Every day for 20 days follow the following protocol as best you can. Consistency > perfection!

  • Wake up: hydrate with warm water + lime → Shadow Work (wait 30–60 min)
  • AM: hydrate → Setting Boundaries + Occupant Eviction → light breakfast
  • Midday: hydrate Setting Boundaries + Occupant Eviction → lunch
  • PM: hydrate Setting Boundaries + Occupant Eviction → dinner (last meal at least 3+ hours before bed)
  • 1 hour Before Bed: prepare a cup of Smooth Exit evening tea (wait 30–60 min)
  • Lights Out: Mix a cup of Let That Sh*t Go binder support

Follow the included Starter Protocol PDF for weekly adjustments.

Why is regularity so important?

During this 30-day routine we focus on consistent, comfortable elimination (ideally daily 1-3x). That’s why the evening tea and PM binder are built into the protocol.

  • Stay hydrated (water/broth/fresh pressed juices), sweat often if possible, keep meals simple, and use gentle movement.
  • Charcoal can slow or loosen some people—adjust your serving based on how you feel.

Note: Activated charcoal may darken stools. That's expected. f anything worries you, pause and talk with your provider.

I haven’t had a bowel movement—what should I do?
  • 24–36 hours: reduce tonight’s charcoal; drink the evening tea; hydrate; add a short walk.
  • ~48 hours: pause herbs for a day; keep hydrating; resume at a lower serving when comfortable.
  • If symptoms feel intense or persist, contact your healthcare provider.
What might I notice in the bathroom?

Everyone is different. Some people report changes in frequency, color, odor or texture of stool during the routine (charcoal can make stools darker). The goal is comfortable regularity and consistency with the protocol.

What about enemas or colonics?

They’re optional tools some people use for comfort. They are not required to complete this routine. If you already use them and your healthcare provider approves, consider these guidelines:

  • Start with basics first: evening tea, hydration, gentle movement, and adjusting the binder are the first steps.
  • Home Enemas/professional colonics are optional but not required—and should be used only if you’re accustomed and your healthcare provider approves.
  • Frequency: for those accustomed limit to occasional use (1–5 times in the 30 days) depending on your preference.

Educational only. Not medical advice. If you’re new to enemas/colonics, discuss with your healthcare provider first.

Safety & Health

Who should not use this kit?
  • Pregnant or nursing: do not use until after pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • Children: intended for adults 18+
  • Medical conditions/surgery: consult your provider first (especially liver/kidney or GI conditions)
  • Allergies: review ingredient labels; do not use if allergic to any ingredients
Can I take this with medications?

Herbs and binders can interact with medicines—always ask your healthcare provider first.

  • Binder (activated charcoal) — PM only. A binder is a porous ingredient that can adsorb compounds in the GI tract. Because it may also adsorb medications and supplements, take it at least 2 hours apart (ask your prescriber if a 3–4 hour window is appropriate for time-sensitive meds). Examples include thyroid hormones, some antibiotics, hormonal contraceptives, anticoagulants, and immunosuppressants. Not medical advice; follow product labels and your provider’s guidance.

Stop and contact your provider if you experience anything concerning.

Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

No, these products are not intended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless your healthcare provider specifically approves.

I have thyroid issues. Can I use the kit?

Some people with thyroid conditions use digestive-support routines, but thyroid medications are time-sensitive. Consult your endocrinologist/prescriber first and maintain separation from binders per their guidance.

I feel bloated/tired/headachy—what should I do?

Temporary adjustments can happen. Start with the simple fixes:

  • Pause or reduce herbs for 24 hours, then resume at a lower serving.
  • HYDRATE!! Keep meals very simple (protein + produce + healthy fat) and rest.
  • If stools are too loose, you may slightly increase the evening binder (activated charcoal) as tolerated.
  • If you feel constipated, do not increase charcoal—reduce it, sip the evening tea, walk/light stretch, sweat if you can and hydrate!

If symptoms feel intense or persist for longer than a couple days, stop and consult your healthcare provider.

Activated charcoal timing & handling
  • Timing: take at least 2-3 hours apart from medications and supplements (3–4 hours for time-sensitive meds per your provider).
  • Powder safety: scoop gently to avoid creating dust; do not inhale the powder; keep away from eyes. Mix gently in room-temperature water and drink promptly.
  • Teeth & clothes: charcoal can stain—drink carefully or use a straw; wipe spills right away.
Diatomaceous earth (DE) safety
  • Use food-grade DE only (included in kit)
  • Powder safety: scoop gently to avoid creating dust; do not inhale the powder; keep away from eyes. Mix gently in room-temperature water and drink promptly.
  • If you have respiratory issues or concerns, ask your healthcare provider before use.

Food, Lifestyle & Routine

What should I eat during the 30 days?

The PDF includes a three-track food guide so you can pick a lane and succeed:

  • Beginner (Reset): Cut out dairy, bread, most pastas/starches, processed meats, seafood, fried/fast food, soda, candy, ultra-processed snacks. Limit packaged items to 1/day. Swap sugary drinks for water/unsweet tea. Coffee 0–1 cup. No white sugar or heavy creamers; avoid artificial colors/flavors.
  • Intermediate (Whole-food): Everything in Beginner, plus: meals are home-cooked or prepared at home only; prioritize protein + produce + healthy fats; choose minimally processed staples. Limit added sugars; if needed, use small amounts of coconut sugar, stevia, or monk fruit (agave sparingly). Prefer olive/avocado/coconut oils; avoid deep-fried foods.
  • Tanaya’s Personal WWTD: Whole foods only; no starch, oils, or gums. Alkaline vegan / raw-leaning. Home-prepared meals; preferably no caffeine. Organic produce when possible, low-sugar fruits. No processed foods; no added sugar (coconut sugar or stevia if a recipe truly needs it)

All tracks emphasize hydration, simple repeatable meals, and gentle consistency. If you have dietary restrictions or medical needs, consult your provider.

Can I drink smoke, coffee or alcohol?
  • Smoke: Ideally none. If quitting isn’t realistic, cut back gradually during the 30 days—small reductions count. Prioritize hydration and sleep.
  • Coffee: 0–1 cup/day; separate from herbs by 60–90 minutes.
  • Alcohol: No, skip for the 30 days. It can disrupt digestion, sleep, and hydration, which works against the routine.
Can I work out or travel?

Workouts: light to moderate activity (walk, mobility, yoga) pairs well.
Travel: bring essentials, hydrate, and keep binder 2 hours away from meds/supplements.
