Smooth Exit
$39.00 USD

An herbal, caffeine-free wind-down tea formulated to soothe digestion and encourage regular mornings. Occasional use; do not over use. Great on its own or paired with the WWTD PM routine.

What it is
A calming blend of traditional digestive herbs and relaxing botanicals. Select lots include senna leaf, a herb traditionally used short-term to support bowel motility. Think warming, tummy-settling plants that help ease gas/bloat and promote a settled, sleepy vibe and many people notice a morning bathroom visit.

Potency & bathroom PSA

  • Plan for a morning bathroom visit! Effects often show up after 6–12 hours.

  • Use occasionally—this is not meant as a daily long-term tea.

  • Great for “I feel backed up” nights, after heavy dinners, or during travel.

How to use

  • Steep 1 cup for 5–7 minutes, then sip warm about 1 hour before bed. Sensitive? Start at 3–5 minutes; stronger cup = longer steep. Do not use honey or regular sugar! Monk fruit sugar, coconut sugar or stevia only.

  • For a lighter cup, steep less; for a stronger cup, steep longer.

  • In the WWTD routine: drink Smooth Exit, wait 30–60 minutes, then take the PM binder (Let That Sh*t Go) per label.
